Courtside is proud to announce the Thursday night SUMMER ACOUSTIC MUSIC SERIES sponsored by Corona Extra. Every Thursday from 9:00 to 11:00 we will offer live acoustic music from some of the areas best known entertainers and a few up and coming new acts that believe are destined for greatness. A new stage is being constructed that will put the music right next to the high top tables in the bar. Over the course of the 12 week series you can enjoy music from StillWater, Joey & Jeremy from the Dub V's, Bill Hawks, Stacey Skaggs, Morgan Washam, Ben Davis, Jr. and Bart Wiseman. Nothing says summer quite like live acoustic music and cold beer! Throw half price wings into the mix and it's guaranteed to be a great crowd every week! Can't wait to see everyone!

The old 3 speaker system was recently upgraded to a 5 zone, 20 speaker system. The early response has been tremendous. Since adding Craft Beers to our menu we have had request after request for more information, a larger craft beer selection and beer tasting events. Planning has just begun but we hope to announce in the very new future the date for our first Courtside Craft Beer Tasting Event! Our plan is pair different craft beers with food items that accent their unique tastes and characteristics. A waiting list has been created and is growing. Don't miss all the BCS Bowl action on the big screens at your Courtside Bar & Grill! The remaining schedule is as follows: Friday, January 4th is the Cotton Bowl with Oklahoma taking on Texas A&M at 8:00. Saturday's matchup has Ole Miss playing Pittsburgh at 1:00 in the afternoon and, of course, Alabama and Notre Dame will meet at 8:30 Monday night to decide the national champion. The new projectors will be fired up and filling the giant screens with football fun. Cold beverages will be plentiful and the entire staff will be ready to take great care of our friends.
